AT ONE LLC Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

 

To respect your time, our time, and that of other participants, cancellations or rescheduling must adhere to the following:

  • Individual Sessions: Full refund with at least 48 hours notice; no refund otherwise. Pre-paid plans will count a missed session as used.

  • Workshops and Events: Free rescheduling with 48 hours notice and 50% refund for cancelation.

  • Multi-Week Courses: Participants who withdraw after the first session are not eligible for refunds.

 

Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made via cash, check, other agreed online payment gateways, or electronic transfer.

  • When registering as an individual, payment is due upon registration.

  • When registering for a group event, a 50% deposit is due at registration, and final payment is due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon.

Additional Payment Details

  • Returned Checks: Clients are responsible for all bank fees and a $50 processing fee for returned checks.

  • Late Payments: Payments not received within the specified timeframe will incur a $50 late fee.

Frequent Cancellations

Frequent cancellations, no-shows, or poor internet connections disrupt the learning environment and may result in termination of services. In such cases, referrals to other providers may be offered.

 

Attendance for Virtual Programs

Participants are responsible for all reasonable actions and efforts to ensure a reliable internet connection. AT ONE LLC is not liable for missed sessions due to technical issues on the client/participant’s side.
